The ordering process at Brookside is as follows through the Internet.  The flow of an order has three stages that it goes through.  The first stage is the receiving of the order.  This is when the customer receives an email confirmation that the order has been placed successfully.  The second stage is the "in progress" stage.  This is when your order is printed and placed in line with the current pending orders.  At this stage from Jan. - May your order could be 80-125 orders deep.   This simply means you are in line for your order to be filled.  The third email that you will receive is the "shipped email".  This email is sent every day as orders are processed and shipped.  If you have a spam filter on your PC you will not receive these emails.  Please plan your ordering of supplies accordingly. 

  

We have tried to get away from phone orders this season due to the large amount of production time that is lost answering the phones.  If you need to place an order over the phone we will be more than happy to accommodate you between 6PM - 9PM Eastern time.  We enjoy talking to as many customers as possible, but the time lost on the phone is also lost production time and an increase in back-logged orders.

  

Starting April 2011 we will only refund or replace items no later than 15 days after the mailing date.   There will be no refunds on custom orders.  This will include any laser cut wood or acrylic sound boards, pot calls, box calls, etc.  All items will  be replaced if returned to the shop.  For example: broken glass, box calls, pot calls etc.  Any orders returned do to ordering error will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee or replaced with the customer paying for the return shipping.

  

Order Cancellation terms.  Any orders cancelled before the 10 business day shipping time will be charged with a 20% administration fee for the cancellation process.
